Brass knuckles, stretched at the ends, were set on a pedestal, metamorphosing into an entirely different exhibit. The artist has added two words: GOD on one side, and its reversal, DOG, on the other. Two opposites composed of the same letter combination, one a blessing and the other an insult. Two opposites in a single product: one serves as a weapon and can take or save a human life; the other, which belongs in a very different context, can appear like an esoteric gift in a souvenir shop or as a medal in a show of force.
